The TNCF2 3-in-1 compact coil decoiler, straightener, and feeder is an integrated solution for coil feed on stamping presses. Combining all three functions in a single compact unit, it is ideal for light-gauge strip (0.3–1.2 mm thick) in high-volume press-room operations.
The integrated design reduces the installation footprint, simplifies the feed line, and allows faster job changeovers. The unit is controlled by a dedicated NC servo controller with digital pitch setting and press synchronisation.
