The KingJime pipe making machine series covers a complete range of tube and pipe outer diameters: KJ115 (up to 115 mm OD), KJ165 (up to 165 mm OD), and KJ219 (up to 219 mm OD). The line processes flat steel coil strip into welded tubes using roll-forming and high-frequency welding.
Produced tubes are available in round, square, and rectangular cross-sections for applications in construction, furniture, automotive exhaust systems, and general engineering. The line features a high-frequency welder, forming rolls, sizing section, cut-off system, and output conveyor.
