The KJH25 series NC precision cut to length line is designed for material 1–6 mm in thickness and 1,250 mm in width. The machine consists of coil car, assisting support, decoiler, peeler bar, straightener, NC servo feed, guillotine shear, and stacking conveyor.
With PLC computer display, the whole line is controlled digitally, ensuring highly automatic operation with good straightening effect, precision cutting length, and optional collecting/coating functions. Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, and aluminium coil.
