The KJS120 coil slitter is a steel coil slitting line machine delivering best-in-class precision for material 6 mm thick and 2,000 mm wide. The complete line consists of coil car, uncoiler, straightener, slitter head, scrap winder, belt bridle, and tension recoiler — all controlled by PLC.
Computer display and PLC control allow the operator to set strip widths, line speed, and tension digitally. The belt bridle ensures precise tension on the surface of coated materials such as galvanised steel and stainless steel.
