The KJS40 coil slitting line machine is designed for thin-gauge metal coil up to 1.5 mm thick. Ideal for small-to-medium service centres processing carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and copper strip. The complete line includes coil car, uncoiler, straightener, slitter head, scrap winder, and tension recoiler.
With full PLC control and an HMI touchscreen, operators can programme strip widths, line speed, and tension parameters digitally. The circular blade slitter head delivers clean, burr-free cuts with minimal scrap.
