The KJS180 heavy-duty slitting line is built for processing wide-width, heavy-gauge coil stock. Handling material up to 8 mm thick and 2,000 mm wide with coil weights of up to 25 T, the KJS180 serves large steel service centres and structural steel processors.
The complete line features a hydraulic decoiler with coil car, heavy-duty straightener, precision slitter head, motorised loop pit, independent scrap winder, belt bridle, and high-tension recoiler — all managed by full PLC control.
