Product Overview

The KingJime NC servo feeder for press coil feed is a high-speed servo-driven roller feeder designed for integration with stamping presses. Feed length (pitch) is set digitally on the HMI touchscreen — no mechanical adjustment required. The feeder synchronises with the press crankshaft angle via a cam signal or encoder.

The NCF series handles coil width up to 500 mm and thickness up to 3.2 mm, with feed speeds up to 600 mm per second. Compatible with all major press brands and suitable for progressive die, compound die, and transfer die operations.
