Product Overview

The LNCF4 3-in-1 decoiler, straightener, and servo feeder is designed for coil material 0.5–4.5 mm thick and up to 400 mm wide. This 3-in-1 is an integrated solution for coil feed in press-room operations, combining decoiling, straightening, and precise servo feeding in one compact unit.

The LNCF4 opens various coil sizes, the upper roller adjusts by digital watch, coil width is set by a double handle wheel with precise screw, and pass line height is adjusted by a motor-driven lifter. Suitable for medium-sized progressive stamping dies.
