The TNCF6 3-in-1 is designed for heavy-gauge coil material up to 6 mm thick and 600 mm wide. It combines decoiling, straightening, and NC servo feeding in a single robust unit, suitable for demanding press-room environments processing thick carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
The TNCF6 features a heavy-duty straightener with increased roller diameter, a powerful servo motor drive, and an HMI touchscreen for digital parameter setting. Its solid frame construction handles the higher forces involved in thick-material straightening and feeding.
