Trapezoidal-blade shear for angled or tapered blanks — suited to automotive and appliance stamping.

The KJHS trapezoidal shear cut to length line uses a specially shaped blade to cut angled or tapered blanks from flat coil. This eliminates the need for separate blanking operations and is used extensively in automotive roof panel, door blank, and appliance housing production.
The complete line includes hydraulic decoiler, precision straightener, NC servo feed, trapezoidal shear unit, and discharge conveyor. The shear angle is programmable from 0° to 10°, enabling a wide range of trapezoid and parallelogram blank shapes.
