The double rotary shear cut to length line features two independent rotary shear heads operating in tandem. This allows simultaneous trimming of the front and rear edges during cutting, resulting in clean, square blanks without additional downstream processing.
Ideal for high-speed production lines where edge quality is critical, the double rotary configuration also enables production of two different sheet lengths in a single pass when programmed accordingly.
