The KJF series rotary shear cut to length line uses a flying rotary shear that cuts at full line speed without stopping the coil feed. This dramatically increases throughput compared to traditional stop-and-cut guillotine lines — ideal for high-volume production of standard-length sheets.
The complete line includes hydraulic decoiler, precision leveller, NC servo feed, rotary drum shear, and conveyor/stacker. The PLC control system calculates shear timing automatically based on programmed cut length and line speed.
