The KingJime heavy gauge cut to length line handles coil thickness 6–25 mm and width up to 2,500 mm. It is used for industrial applications requiring large, thick steel plates: shipbuilding, boiler manufacturing, pressure vessel fabrication, and heavy machinery construction.
The line includes a heavy hydraulic decoiler with powered coil car, a multi-roll heavy-duty leveller, NC servo feed, and a hydraulic shear unit. All components are built to handle extreme coil weight and continuous production demands.
